Billing questions
Is there a free plan?

No. The one-time demo converts one spreadsheet of up to 100 rows without an account and one more after you confirm your email. It does not renew. Full files need a plan.
How does yearly billing work?

Yearly plans cost half of the monthly price, billed once per year. Pro is 24 USD per month billed 288 USD yearly instead of 49 USD monthly.
What counts as a conversion?
+
One input file converted to one output format is one conversion. A batch of 30 files counts as 30. Deleting a conversion does not return it to the quota.
Can I change plans later?

Yes. Moving to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly charges the prorated difference right away and unlocks the plan at once. Moving down takes effect without a refund to the card.
Do you offer invoices for Enterprise?

Enterprise is bought by card like every plan, with a DPA available in the account. Invoices are issued automatically for every payment.
How do I cancel?

Open Billing in the app and use the billing portal. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
